Its Memorandum of Association covers infrastructure facilities, construction and civil contracting, electrical and mechanical contracting, design engineering, turnkey contracting, engineering works, facility management, consultancy, supply, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning.
The company's documented objects also extend to infrastructure such as roads, highways, bridges, water supply, irrigation, water treatment and related public facilities.

Chief Executive Officer
Chigirintha Daya Sagar Reddy
Chigirintha Daya Sagar Reddy brings an entrepreneurial background with experience across real estate and business development.
He completed his schooling at Bashyam Public School and Intermediate education at FIITJEE. He graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from M.V.S.R. College of Engineering (2015–2019) and is currently pursuing his second year of LLB at Mahatma Gandhi Law College.
Since 2019, he has been actively involved in his family’s real estate business and has served as a Director in real estate ventures. He is presently a Director at Golden Key Developers, associated with the ongoing PNR Hills Villa Community project spanning approximately 16 acres.

Chigirintha Narsimha Reddy has been associated with the real estate sector since 2012, with experience in developing residential layouts and property projects.
Over the years, he has successfully developed 20 layouts, all of which have been successfully sold out. His continued focus on real estate development has expanded into villa projects, with ongoing developments in Balapur.
His experience in land development and project execution forms an important foundation for the company’s growth and long-term vision.

She is currently pursuing her Post Graduation in General Medicine while also serving as the Managing Director of Rath Infra and Mining Private Limited.
